The potential candidate has to undertake research into property securities focusing principally on HK, China and other Asia markets. Also, will make stock recommendations in line with the Property Securities team’s investment philosophy and process.

Property Securities Analyst – Equities Fund (5-10 years experience)
Responsibilities
Provide stock selection recommendations on investments in the Pan-Asia region (HK, China and Asia market)
On-going company management and property visitation on screened universe.
Updates to clients, consultants and researchers on the region’s property market.
Additional Fund management responsibilities
Requirements
University graduated
CFA ideal
5 –10 years relevant property securities analysis experience in Greater China/ Asia region (from sell-side or buy side)
Excellent command of English and Mandarin
